Unlike minutes which is calculated to be 60 minutes an hour times 24 hours a day times number of years an average man lives, breathing is unique to every individual. If you do more physical activities, you breathe in more air. If you take your pace and relax, you breathe less. So what is so significant with this data?This knowledge is life changing!
